Well behaved dogs are welcome, but they must be on a lead at all times around the campsite, except for in the huge, fenced dog run where they can enjoy themselves . Please remember that not everyone is comfortable around dogs so respect other people's space and make sure you pick up poo straight away!
This camp is for everyone and is designed to be family friendly. There will be a designated family zone within the campsite where noise must be kept to a minimum at all times so that younger children can sleep undisturbed. You are responsible for any children that you bring camping with you.
You should bring all camping equipment you need, including cooking equipment if you want to cook on site. Bring clothes suitable for the weather (May can be unpredictable!) and camping chairs. The nearest food shop is quite a drive away so we recommend bringing all food you need for the weekend with you. There is a small shop on site with limited supplies.
There will be a charging station on site for you to charge any hearing aids, cochlear implants and mobile phones. This will be unsupervised so use at your own risk. You may want to think about bringing battery packs - most phones and rechargeable batteries for hearing aids can be charged using USB cables.
The campsite is in North Norfolk which is well known for its low light pollution, making it great for star gazing! However we will be providing lighting in the main areas of the camp including in the communal tent so people can lip-read and sign to each other! Please bring good torches for walking around the campsite at night. Please remember that shining lights in other people's eyes can be frustrating when you are trying to lipread or sign to each other, so use torches sensibly.
